Delivery Rules

Delivery Rules:

  1. If you live in a condo, we DO NOT deliver to the door.
  2. The driver will call you at the time of delivery if you have requested for it.
  3. The delivery time CANNOT be adjusted. It will be done between 5AM - 11AM. Even though we try to stay consistent, there is no fixed delivery time as the route changes frequently.
  4. Once the meal is delivered, it is your responsibility to collect it immediately. If your meal gets lost, it is not our responsibility.

We deliver between 5AM - 12PM within GTA depending on your location.

Can I skip a meal?

Absolutely! Just use our "Request a modification" form to request a meal skip. Cut-off time to request a change is 6PM EST a day before.

How do I know if my order is delivered?

You will get a delivery tracking link and email everyday that will keep you in the loop.

Once the food is delivered, you will get a picture as proof of delivery.
